This is a practical introduction to drawing the human figure. In this structured, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn simple techniques for understanding proportion, gesture, movement and shape while working directly from a nude model.We’ll work through a series of exercises designed to help you see what you’re actually looking at rather than simply drawing what you think a person should look like. No previous drawing experience is required.

About the Workshop
Prague Life Drawing has been bringing artists together for regular life drawing sessions in Prague for over 20 years. This is the first instructional workshop offered by the group.The workshop will be led by Ken Nash, who has been running Prague Life Drawing sessions since 2008. Ken is a professional illustrator, designer, teacher, and animator whose work has appeared in publications and projects around the world.His approach focuses on practical techniques, experimentation, and helping artists find their own expressive voice.
